• Responsible for leading the Product Design team • Own the design strategy for Lattice’s Talent suite • Reimagine enterprise software experiences • Partner with Research, Data Science, Engineering, and Customer Experience • Set new levels of excellence for craft and execution • Collaborate with leadership for product interoperability • Excellent for leaders who excel in strategy, collaboration, and systems-thinking

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Product Design • 4+ years managing Designers • High craft bar with a strong portfolio • Experience with complex product areas • Ability to give design feedback • High energy around evolving design and product culture • Accountability for products and design work • History of partnering with User Research, UX Writing, Brand Design, and Design Systems • Ability to communicate design's impact on business outcomes • Deep partnership with Research to identify UX opportunities • Mastery in solving unstructured problems • Ability to define and communicate clear expectations for excellence • Preferably experience with multi-product B2B SaaS applications
