β€’ Lead HRIS and Payroll Implementations: Manage end-to-end implementation for high-touch clients, including planning, setup, data migration, configuration, testing, and go-live support. β€’ Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients during the implementation phase, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform and addressing client needs effectively. β€’ Project Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, and communicate progress to stakeholders. β€’ Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide hands-on support to clients for post-go-live needs, including troubleshooting issues, assisting with customizations, and coordinating solutions. β€’ Training and Enablement: Conduct client training sessions for both administrators and end-users, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to use the HRIS and Payroll system effectively. β€’ Documentation and Process Improvement: Create and maintain documentation for implementation processes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices. Continuously improve processes based on client feedback and implementation experiences. β€’ Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure client feedback is communicated and improvements to the HRIS and Payroll systems are implemented effectively.

Requirements

β€’ Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and HRIS implementation, with proven expertise in handling complex, high-touch client implementations. β€’ Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HRIS and Payroll systems, including data migration, configuration, and troubleshooting. Experience in project management tools and support ticketing systems is a plus. β€’ Customer Support Background: Demonstrated ability in customer support and troubleshooting, with a strong understanding of client needs and a proactive approach to resolving issues. β€’ Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple implementations concurrently and manage timelines effectively. β€’ Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and build strong client relationships. β€’ Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
