Description

• LawnStarter is the nation’s leading on-demand marketplace for lawn care and related services, allowing hundreds of thousands of customers nationwide to book a service with the tap of a button. • Our company is flourishing at an incredible pace, profitable and achieving remarkable success. • We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist responsible for interviewing and selecting top talent, contributing to various HR processes for a positive work environment. • Full-time contractual seasonal position from December to May, with the potential for a permanent role.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience • Ability to manage multiple open roles, conducting back to back interviews, and prioritize tasks effectively • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software. Experience with Workable and Rippling is a plus • Proficiency in G-suite applications • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
