Description

• Lead is a fintech building banking infrastructure for embedded financial products and services. • Oversee the development, implementation, and management of the company's card programs with an emphasis on BIN Sponsorship. • Ensure the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of all card-related operations. • Ideal candidate will have a strong background in card networking with Visa and MasterCard. • Excellent project management skills and a strategic mindset to drive program growth and innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in card program management or a related field within financial services. • Strong understanding of card payment systems and industry regulations. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to lead and develop a team. • Self starter that likes to work in a collaborative team environment • Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions and drive program improvements. • Strong strategic thinking skills to develop and implement long-term plans for the card programs. • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex and challenging situations.
