Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the YRF, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all departments. • Manage the allocation and utilization of resources, including budget planning and financial management, to ensure the programme operates within its means. • Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and support staff, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment. • Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the strategic goals of YRF and ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations. • Prepare regular reports on operational performance, financial status, and other key metrics for the Executive Director and Board of Directors. • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, donors, and community members, to support the fellowship’s mission and objectives. • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that enhance the effectiveness and impact of the fellowship. • Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure the continuity and sustainability of the programme.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • A Master’s degree is preferred. • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in management, administration, or a related field, preferably within the non-profit or educational sector. • Strong background in operational management, with proven ability to manage budgets, supervise staff, and improve organizational processes. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and drive operational excellence. • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. • Ability to think strategically, analyze operational challenges, and develop innovative solutions.
