• Identify, cultivate, and maintain strategic partnerships with organizations, foundations, and corporate sponsors that align with YRF’s mission and goals. • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to promote YRF’s activities, achievements, and impact through various channels, including social media, website, newsletters, and press releases. • Manage media outreach and relationships, ensuring positive and effective coverage of YRF’s programmes and events. • Oversee the organization’s branding and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and materials. • Produce high-quality content, including articles, blog posts, reports, and marketing materials that highlight the fellowship’s work and successes. • Plan and execute events, such as conferences, workshops, and fundraising activities, to engage stakeholders and promote YRF’s mission. • Serve as the primary contact for partners, donors, and other key stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on YRF’s progress and impact. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication and partnership efforts, providing regular reports to the Executive Director and Board of Directors.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in communications, public relations, partnership development, or a related field, preferably within the non-profit or educational sector. • Strong background in communications and partnership management, with proven ability to develop and execute effective communication strategies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, manage multiple projects, and drive successful outcomes. • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. • Ability to think strategically, analyze challenges, and develop innovative solutions.
