• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Finance to drive the financial strategy and operations of a rapidly scaling payment orchestration company. • The HoF will oversee all financial functions, ensuring financial health, compliance, and strategic alignment with the company’s long-term objectives. • Macropay is a fintech leader in payment orchestration, providing businesses with seamless access to global payment solutions for over four years. • Specializing in revenue optimization, we offer card processing and alternative payment methods enhanced by smart routing, fraud prevention, and an intuitive dashboard.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably within fintech, payments, or SaaS industries. • Proven experience scaling companies in international markets, particularly the USA and Europe. • Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis within a high-growth environment. • Deep knowledge of payment ecosystems, including transaction flows, pricing models, and regulatory requirements. • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities. • Experience with compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS, PSD2, and SOX. • Familiarity with payment orchestration and revenue optimization models. • MBA, CPA, or CFA designation is a plus.
