• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. • 10+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or a related field, ideally within the digital product or technology industry. • Proven experience in managing and developing M&A-focused teams, with the ability to set clear objectives, drive performance, and foster a collaborative, results-oriented environment. • Strong knowledge of due diligence processes, financial modeling, company valuation, and risk analysis. • Expertise in the contractual and legal aspects of M&A, with the ability to lead complex negotiations and ensure regulatory compliance. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong project management abilities.
