🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in product design for mobile apps projects. • At least 2 years of experience in a team lead role. • Strong understanding of design principles, user experience design, and development. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Solid knowledge of Figma. • Problem-solving aptitude. • Ability to mentor and coach other designers. • Passion for helping others grow and develop. • Experience with design team development methodologies and tools. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience with hiring processes.
