• ABOUT US • At Leadtech, we’ve been redefining digital businesses since 2009, creating innovative online solutions that reach millions of users every month. • We specialize in delivering user-centric experiences across web and mobile platforms, where people can connect with our products like never before. • The SEO Team Lead plays a critical role in driving the success of our SEO initiatives by developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies for assigned projects or websites. • This role involves overseeing a team of SEO Specialists, ensuring that tactical tasks align with strategic goals, and contributing to the growth and visibility of our digital presence. • Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement tailored SEO strategies under the guidance and direction of the Head of SEO. • Conduct in-depth keyword research, technical SEO implementation, and create comprehensive content plans in collaboration with content strategists. • Perform competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for SEO growth. • Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of SEO Specialists, ensuring tasks are completed on time and align with the broader SEO strategy. • Create detailed and actionable reports for stakeholders, showcasing SEO progress, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations. • Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to refine SEO tactics.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of SEO experience, including 2+ years in leadership roles managing strategy and team performance. • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team. • At least 2 years of experience independently managing SEO strategy in an in-house or agency setting. • Expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building strategies. • Proficiency with industry tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. • Strong ability to align SEO strategies with broader marketing initiatives and advocate for SEO priorities. • Proven experience collaborating with engineering, product, CRO, content, and development teams. • Expertise in tracking and optimizing organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI. • Experience diagnosing and resolving technical site issues (e.g., crawl errors, redirects, duplication, site speed). • Familiarity with website platforms and CMS (e.g., WordPress), JS-based frameworks (Gatsby, Next.js, Astro), and basic technical knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
