• LeadVenture is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – LATAM who will be a business-aligned, client-focused professional to own the relationship between HR and the individual leaders of dedicated functional areas within Latin America. • The HRBP acts as an HR consultant for key talent decisions and shares the responsibility for meeting functional client goals through people.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. • PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/-SCP certification obtained or in progress; GPHR certification strongly desired.
