• About League: Founded in 2014, League is a platform technology company powering next-generation healthcare consumer experiences. • Position Summary: As a Senior Analyst, Health Informatics at League, you will have a big impact on gaining insight into better health outcomes for our members. • In this role, you will support stakeholders in collecting and analyzing data, building reports, and evaluating A/B tests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, health information management, or a related field. Master's degree a plus. • 2-5 years of experience in healthcare or information technology, with a focus on health data management and analysis. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and health information systems. • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Strong problem solver and can communicate the challenges and solutions effectively. • Mindset of designing for future but building for now. • Eager to learn from others and help others grow with you. • Clinical Knowledge: Understanding of medical terminology, HEDIS, gaps in care. • US Health Care Knowledge: you have worked with US health payors and providers. • Project Management: Ability to plan, organize, and manage projects. • Data Visualization: Expertise in creating charts, graphs, and other visual representations of data. • Programming and Database Management: Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) and database management systems.
