• Founded in 2014, League is a platform technology company powering next-generation healthcare consumer experiences. • As a Senior Analyst, Health Informatics, you'll support stakeholders to improve health outcomes and analyze data. • Collect and manipulate raw and modeled data, build reports and dashboards, and design A/B tests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, health information management, or a related field. Master’s degree a plus. • 2-5 years of experience in healthcare or information technology, with a focus on health data management and analysis. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and health information systems. • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Strong problem solver and can communicate the challenges and solutions effectively. • Mindset of designing for future but building for now. • Eager to learn from others and help others grow with you. • Understanding of medical terminology, HEDIS, gaps in care. • You have worked with US health payors and providers. • Ability to plan, organize, and manage projects. • Expertise in creating charts, graphs, and other visual representations of data. • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) and database management systems.
