• Manage and process internal data requests to deliver timely and accurate reports in Tableau • Take ownership of data reporting needs from an internal request queue, responding efficiently to department requests • Update existing Tableau reports to resolve errors or modify logic as requirements evolve • Monitor report performance to ensure reliability, minimize downtime, and maintain accuracy across all dashboards and reports • Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and ensure the highest standards of data support.
Requirements
• +3 years of experience or coursework in data reporting, analytics, or a similar field • Proficiency in Tableau for report creation, visualization, and management • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for querying and managing data sources • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving data-related issues • Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, user-focused solutions.
