• Act as the ultimate technical authority on React and its ecosystem within the organization. • Provide expert guidance and consulting to development teams, solution architects, and project managers on React-related matters. • Lead critical technical decision-making in React projects, ensuring the adoption of best practices and design patterns. • Define and maintain coding standards, architecture, and design for React projects across the organization. • Develop and document best practices for React application development, including Server Side Rendering, performance optimization, and advanced design patterns. • Collaborate in creating and maintaining reusable React libraries and components for the company. • Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the React ecosystem. • Evaluate new React-related technologies and frameworks, and make recommendations for adoption. • Lead proof of concepts and pilot projects to validate new technologies or approaches in React. • Design and conduct advanced React training sessions for developers at all levels. • Mentor senior developers and technical leaders to improve their React and frontend architecture skills. • Contribute to the hiring process by evaluating candidates' technical skills in React. • Act as the final escalation point for complex technical issues related to React. • Provide in-depth analysis and solutions for performance, scalability, or architectural issues in React applications. • Establish and maintain quality standards for React development across the organization. • Perform code reviews and architecture audits for critical React projects. • Collaborate with QA teams to develop effective testing strategies for React applications. • Lead research and development initiatives focused on React and related frontend technologies. • Propose and direct innovation projects that enhance the efficiency and quality of React development in the company. • Contribute to the React community through technical blogs, conference talks, or open-source project contributions. • Collaborate with technical leadership to align React development strategies with overall company technology goals. • Identify and mitigate technical risks in high-profile React projects. • Develop strategies to address technical debt in existing React applications. • Work closely with UX/UI, backend, and DevOps teams to ensure comprehensive and efficient solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience of at least 8 years in frontend development, with at least 5 years specializing in React. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Advanced mastery of JavaScript and React. • Solid experience with TypeScript and its application in large-scale React projects. • In-depth knowledge of React libraries and associated design patterns. • Mastery of state management libraries in React. • Advanced experience in implementing and optimizing Server Side Rendering with React. • In-depth knowledge of SSR frameworks such as Next.js or similar. • Understanding of the advantages and challenges of SSR in React applications. • Solid understanding of client-server architecture and how frontend interacts with backend. • Experience in consuming RESTful APIs from React applications. • Knowledge of authentication and authorization principles in web applications. • Solid knowledge and experience in frontend application architecture. • Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable user interfaces. • Experience in performance optimization techniques for React applications. • Knowledge of frontend performance monitoring and analysis tools. • Knowledge of frontend security best practices, especially in the context of React. • Solid experience in testing strategies for React applications. • Mastery of modern frontend development tools such as Webpack and Babel. • Experience with styling technologies like CSS-in-JS. • Advanced knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps tools relevant to frontend development. • Solid understanding of frontend software development best practices. • Experience in agile methodologies and version control. • Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and their implementation in React applications. • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable way. • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a proven track record of developing high-performance teams. • Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from junior developers to executives. • Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills. • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities. • Empathy and ability to understand and address the needs of different teams and individuals. • High adaptability and commitment to continuous learning in a constantly evolving technological field. • Ability to handle pressure situations and conflicts constructively. • Strong orientation towards teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration. • Meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality. • Ability to think strategically and align technical decisions with business objectives. • Passion for technology and innovation in frontend software development.
