• We are a growth stage company that creates software solutions combining lean principles, predictive and prescriptive analytics, and machine learning to transform hospital and infusion center operations • More than 190 health systems and over 1,200 hospitals and centers across 49 states rely on our award-winning products and expert change management services to increase patient access, decrease wait times, and reduce healthcare delivery costs • We have raised more than $300 million from top-tier investors such as Bain Capital, Insight Partners, and Goldman Sachs • The LeanTaaS Demand Generation team is seeking a dynamic, data-driven marketer to drive customer engagement, retention, and expansion • The Senior Associate, Demand Generation will own multi-channel engagement initiatives to reduce churn, execute cross-sell and upsell campaigns, and collaborate with Account Management, Customer Success, and Product Marketing teams • The ideal candidate is a strategic, proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on execution • They are highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about using marketing to strengthen customer relationships and drive revenue growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields or equivalent years of related experience • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, customer marketing, or account-based marketing • Strong understanding of event marketing, email marketing, webinar execution, and virtual event planning to engage and retain customers • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, etc.) • Familiarity with GenAI applications in marketing, including content automation, predictive lead scoring, and AI-enhanced lead conversion strategies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and making data-driven optimizations • Highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with account management, sales, client success and product marketing teams
