🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields, or equivalent years of related experience • 5-7 years of demand generation experience within B2B SaaS, with a proven track record in multi-channel marketing campaigns and a focus on digital/growth marketing • Proven track record of driving higher conversion rates and pipeline growth through strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing strategies. • Proficient with marketing tools such as Salesforce, marketing automation - specifically Marketo AND Pardot/Hubspot, Google products (Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Ads), and AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, or custom LLMs). • Familiarity with GenAI applications in marketing, including content automation, predictive lead scoring, and AI-enhanced lead conversion strategies. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Analytical thinking – you like working with data, enjoy measuring campaigns, love to optimize, and create Salesforce reports with ease • Being a self-starter – you spot opportunities to make things better and you take an ownership • Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
