Description

β€’ The Product Design team at LeanTaaS is growing and we are looking for an experienced Product Designer to help lead UX and design efforts for our newest product, Inpatient Flow (IPF). This is a role best suited for a skilled generalist, someone who is interested in the whole product lifecycle from discovery to development to launch and beyond. At LeanTaaS, the Product Design team works with product and engineering partners on the product vision, user research, concepts/prototypes, and of course high-fidelity, dev-ready design deliverables in Figma.

Requirements

β€’ Information Architecture: Ability to organize complex information into clearly structured navigation systems and content hierarchies β€’ Visual Design: Deep knowledge and application of visual design concepts; can speak to and debate contemporary design trends. Introduce and moderate discussion of visual design topics β€’ Growth: Demonstrate clear/measurable professional improvement YoY β€’ Empathy: Demonstrate highest level of empathy for users, customers, and stakeholders β€’ Strong Opinions, Weakly Held: Demonstrate highest aptitude to make choices, move forward, but adjust quickly as new data comes to light
