Description

• We are a growth stage company that creates software solutions combining lean principles, predictive and prescriptive analytics, and machine learning to transform hospital and infusion center operations. • More than 180 health systems and over 1,000 hospitals and centers across 49 states rely on our award-winning products to increase patient access, decrease wait times, and reduce healthcare delivery costs. • LeanTaaS is looking for an experienced Product Designer to help lead UX and design efforts for our products. • You don’t have to be a 10/10 in the following areas, but you’ll be doing a bit of each throughout the phases of the initiatives you’ll be working on.

Requirements

• Information Architecture: Ability to organize complex information into clearly structured navigation systems and content hierarchies • Visual Design: Deep knowledge and application of visual design concepts; can speak to and debate contemporary design trends. Introduce and moderate discussion of visual design topics • Growth: Demonstrate clear/measurable professional improvement YoY • Empathy: Demonstrate highest level of empathy for users, customers, and stakeholders • Strong Opinions, Weakly Held: Demonstrate highest aptitude to make choices, move forward, but adjust quickly as new data comes to light
