• Design the end-to-end user journey from ideation to prototyping to user acceptance testing of product design executions • Collaborate with other designers and participate in our design critique process • Use both quantitative and qualitative feedback to measure and improve your designs • Cultivate a deep understanding of design systems that turn complex operational processes into elegant application experiences • Partner closely with Product Design, Engineering, and Product Management to understand requirements

Requirements

• 6+ years of software and web design experience • Deep expertise in best practices of user experience and user interface design • Experience designing software and web-based products for mass-market consumer executions • Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity • Experience designing in an agile development environment • Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature • Bachelors Degree in Design from a reputable university • Candidate must have an available online portfolio
