Description

• Senior Product Designer to join the Customer Experience team. • Build new experiences to help customers drive adoption and support member needs. • Help customers improve overall health, well-being and satisfaction of employees. • Join a cross-functional product team, focused on and measured by outcomes. • Maintain or increase customer satisfaction, retention, and usability scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product design at a technology-driven organization. • Portfolio that demonstrates experience transforming product objectives into impactful solutions. • Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science. • Strong communication skills for articulating and advocating for design decisions. • Team-player mindset: what’s good for the team is good for individuals. • Solve problems with purpose and urgency with high-quality deliverables. • Proven experience designing intuitive and actionable data visualizations. • Genuine interest in building accessible and inclusive products. • Comfortable using and contributing to Design Systems. • Excellence in information architecture and interaction design.
