Rechnungswesen, Sales, SEO) • Du organisierst Kundentermine und interne Meetings • Die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse sowie Erarbeitung von Lösungsansätzen für die Projektdokumentation ist ebenfalls Teil deiner Aufgaben
🎯 Requirements
• Erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Teamassistenz, Accountmanagement/ Projektmanagement oder in einem anderen administrativen Bereich • Du hattest bereits erste Berührungspunkte mit den Themen Projektcontrolling und dazugehörigen Tools, idealerweise Atlassian JIRA und Confluence • Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation • Du bist wissbegierig und hast Lust auf spannende Aufgaben rund um das Thema Conversion Optimierung • Du arbeitest selbstständig, doch bist auch ein totaler Teamplayer und hilfst deinen Kollegen*innen wann immer sie dich brauchen • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und überzeugst durch ein hohes Maß an Genauigkeit sowie durch sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten um Timelines, Prioritäten und Budgets • Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind auf C2 oder muttersprachlichem Niveau, gute Englisch-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus • Der sichere Umgang mit gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen und Google Workspace runden dein Profil ab
