📋 Description

• Oversee HR management including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, training, and performance management. • Manage IT operations ensuring smooth technology oversight, system implementation, and cybersecurity compliance. • Oversee contract management including drafting, compliance, renewals, and vendor relationships. • Drive operational efficiency and process improvement across departments. • Foster cross-departmental collaboration and lead key projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in operations management, with experience in HR, IT, contracts, and vendor management. • Strong knowledge of HR practices, IT systems, contract law, and vendor relationship management. • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills. • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Experience with contract management software, HRIS systems, and IT tools. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Leadership ability to manage and develop teams across diverse functional areas. • Detail-oriented focus on ensuring accuracy in contract details, HR processes, and IT implementation. • Proactive capability to identify issues before they arise and take steps to address them. • Collaborative nature to work across departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve organizational goals. • Adaptable to handle varying workloads and work under tight deadlines.
