📋 Description

• Oversee HR Management including Recruitment & Staffing, Employee Relations, Onboarding & Training, Performance Management, and Compliance. • Direct IT Operations ensuring Technology Oversight, System Implementation, Troubleshooting & Support, and Cybersecurity. • Manage Contract Management focused on Contract Drafting & Review, Compliance, Renewals & Amendments, and Vendor Relationships. • Develop Vendor Management strategies emphasizing Vendor Selection & Negotiation, Vendor Performance Monitoring, and Cost Control. • Enhance Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement through Workflow Optimization and Reporting & Analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in operations management, with experience in HR, IT, contracts, and vendor management • Strong knowledge of HR practices, IT systems, contract law, and vendor relationship management • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills • Experience with contract management software, HRIS systems, and IT tools • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, HR, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. Master’s degree is a plus.
