Description

• As a (Senior) Consultant, you will lead challenging client projects and enrich our teams with your project management skills and innovative ideas. • You will manage complex transformation projects as a project manager and take responsibility for business transformation and project management offices. • Responsible for the development of processes, methods, and tools considering the integration into the existing process and tool landscape of the client. • Ensure all internal and external stakeholders are involved in the development process and ensure transparency in your work. • Manage expectations of client representatives, your project team, service providers, and partners through situational project and change management.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies, ideally in the field of engineering, information technology, or business administration. • At least three years of solid professional experience in the automotive, aviation, digital transformation, or mobility services fields. • Ideally, experience in technical requirements and change management in software development. • Knowledge of applying agile methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and knowledge of business and development processes. • Desirable experience in process development according to ASPICE, UNECE GSR, and ISO26262. • Enthusiasm for new technologies like AI and digital topics, as well as enjoyment in working with clients in German and English.
