📋 Description

• Be Part of Our Mission: Learnlight is an EdTech company that’s passionate about putting trainers at the heart of the learning experience to deliver life-changing impact. • Your Career Opportunity: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for finding and screening potential customers who could benefit from our training. • You´ll play an essential role in: • Responding, engaging and qualifying inbound leads and inquiries. • Identifying the needs of prospects and suggest appropriate products or services. • Building long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities. • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market. • Setting up meetings or calls between prospective customers and Sales Development Executives. • Ensuring all data is correctly entered and followed up in CRM. • Reporting to the SDR Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in English • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in sales, business, or another related field. • 1 year of experience in sales, client relationship, team management, and B2B • Strong and professional communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills. • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
