📋 Description

• Generate and qualify new leads. • Schedule appointments and demos for Sales Executives. • Respond, engage and qualify outbound/inbound leads and inquiries. • Make High Volume Outbound Calls. (400+/week) • Think on your feet in a conversation and answer unexpected questions. • Overcome Objections with Rebuttals. • Be Curious. • Make High Volume Outbound Emails. • Meet and exceed sales goals. • Communicate with all levels of the organization. • Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email. • Act as the subject matter expert on Tendril’s product solution. • Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams. • Drive attendance for webinars, live seminars, and set meetings. • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required. • Detail Oriented. • Minimum 1+ years experience as a Sales Development Representative. • Comfortable making outbound cold calls. • Strong and professional communication skills — both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills. • Excellent time management skills. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. • Ability to work independently and extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company. • Ability to work and collaborate as part of a team. • Capability of understanding customer pain points, and requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided by Tendril. • Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables and acts without being told what to do. • Have a passion for sales and the sales process. • Tech Savvy. • Experience in healthcare or EdTech Industry is a plus.
