Description

• Join the Growth Operations & Analytics Team at LearnLux to deliver a world-class experience. • Collaborate on client onboarding and File ingestion. • Create and manage data and files for client onboarding, track and report on progress. • Develop scalable operational workflows leveraging automation and tools. • Support various projects and enhance continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, data management, or a related role, ideally within a high-growth or startup environment. • Expertise in eligibility and/or data operations, with a strong understanding of data compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and a commitment to quality and security. • Proficiency in CRM, data visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), with a track record of turning complex data into actionable insights. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and drive projects from concept through completion. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on building strong relationships across teams to achieve shared goals. • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a continuous improvement mindset to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
