📋 Description

• Support design and photography operations as Creative Operations Associate. • Perform data entry, maintain organized records, and manage correspondence with stakeholders. • Create, update, and maintain project tasks and plans for creative team projects. • Assign and manage employee schedules based on management direction. • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees in the creative department. • Compile and publish internal team metrics and reports to track performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 2+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, administrative support, or a similar role. • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets for data management, scheduling, and reporting, as well as familiarity with project management tools like Teamwork or Asana. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative professionals. • Must be fluent in written and spoken English (required). • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Proactive approach to driving operational and creative improvements. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
