📋 Description

• About Ledger Investing • Ledger is a Y Combinator-backed Insurtech startup transforming how insurance risk is financed. • We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and scale one of our B2B products with full P&L responsibility. • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing a new B2B product, bringing it to market, and achieving scale in a tech start-up environment. • Key Responsibilities include developing business strategies, managing P&L accounts, building a high-performing team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and identifying new market opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in revenue management, or product leadership roles, with 5+ years in a technical product ownership or general manager role. • Proven track record in scaling businesses, driving revenue growth, and achieving financial targets in a start-up environment. • Deep understanding of technical product revenue models. • Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following industries: SaaS, Fintech, or Insuretech. • Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, and analytical skills. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and present effectively to stakeholders. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven and proactive approach to problem-solving. • Expertise in product development and innovation, with a focus on customer-centric solutions. • Understanding of insurance, finance, and/or the capital markets.
