• Review and organize medical and billing records, ensuring every detail is accurate. • Connect with healthcare providers to gather essential documents that keep cases moving forward. • Interact with clients, collecting important documents like police reports and hospital records. • Draft demand letters and maintain client information in our CRM system. • Act as the communication bridge between attorneys and clients, ensuring everyone stays on the same page. • Engage with potential clients via phone and email, creating a welcoming and professional first impression. • Leverage your sales skills to generate leads, guide clients through the intake process, and convert inquiries into active cases. • Organize and gather essential case documents to streamline the process for our legal team. • Schedule and follow up on client appointments, ensuring timely communication and building rapport. • Provide exceptional customer service, building trust and enhancing the company’s reputation through every interaction. • Provide vital administrative support to lawyers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. • Assist with trial preparations, including organizing case briefs, summarizing depositions, interrogatories, and testimony to help attorneys stay on top of every detail. • Conduct research and gather relevant information for cases to keep things moving forward efficiently. • Efficiently manage phone calls, schedules, and deadlines, keeping the team on track and clients informed.
• Strong English communication skills (C1 level), both written and verbal. • Bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English is essential. • 2+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on listening, empathy, and problem-solving. • Experience in sales or client-facing roles is a must! You should be comfortable driving results and converting leads into active cases. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. • Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace. • Prior experience in a legal setting is a bonus, but not required. • Own a laptop or desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) and a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps). • Availability to work US business hours.
