Description

• Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant with a legal background to join our team. • Responsible for managing consultations with potential clients, providing expert guidance, and driving conversions to secure new business for our firm.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field is a plus! • 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a legal services environment. • Strong understanding of legal concepts and terminology. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple consultations efficiently. • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • B2B experience is a plus. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are crucial. • Strong customer service skills for maintaining relationships with existing customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Ability to analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and management. • Ability to adapt to changes in the market, industry, or company strategy. • Willingness to work in the Pacific Time (PST) schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST). • Must have a personal Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps.
