• Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demos to potential clients. • Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue from each sale. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process. • Execute full cycle closing, from initial contact creation, and contract negotiation to contract signing. • Prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and SMS. • Conduct follow-up activities to nurture warm leads and convert them into appointments. • Effectively manage appointment scheduling to ensure a smooth sales process. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system (Go High Level). • Handle inbound emails and calls promptly and professionally. • Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
• Experience using Go High Level for CRM management and sales automation. • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. • Fluent in English with clear and effective communication skills. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). • Previous experience in a similar role. • Technology Requirements: Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above & Microsoft Office) with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps. • Time Flexibility: Willing to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule.
