📋 Description
• Process and validate data in various research projects • Perform validation checks on weighting and data consistency • Find solutions and investigate issues • Become a key member of our team • Work on ambitious and impactful projects • Provide strategic advice • Contribute to the success of our prestigious clients • Thrive and grow in a stimulating and friendly environment • Retrieve data files from the Decipher platform (web projects) or VCC (telephone projects) • Validate data in the database (detecting entry errors, logical errors, coding errors, etc.) • Support the data migration process through quality assurance and effective communication with internal teams • Perform weighting according to the plan established by the Director of Statistics (if needed) • Create composite variables and banners • Conduct statistical processing (frequency output, cross-tabulations) • Identify data issues and provide recommendations for solutions • Handle SPSS data • Provide clients with databases in various formats (ASCII, Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.) • Coordinate with operational departments • Share your knowledge in statistical analysis
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree, certificate, or diploma in statistics or mathematics • At least two (2) years of experience as a technician or statistical analyst • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset • Skills in statistical analysis and multi-project management • Proficiency in various quantitative methodologies • Knowledge of Q Research software is an asset • Knowledge of JavaScript is an asset • Strong computer skills, including in-depth knowledge of SPSS, Excel, and the full Microsoft Office suite • Familiarity with data collection platforms (Decipher) is an asset
