Description

• Manage a high-performing team of Salesforce engineers and Product managers. • Shape product strategy for LegitScript’s Certification product line. • Develop and execute product and engineering roadmaps. • Provide strategic insights on product improvements and market trends. • Monitor performance metrics, ensuring product development aligns with timelines and budget. • Ensure successful delivery of products and features.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in engineering, product management, or a combination of both, with 3+ years in a leadership role. • Experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers. • Proven experience building revenue producing SaaS products and applications that service external customers. • Demonstrative ability to align product strategy with business goals and drive the implementation and execution of that strategy to successful outcomes. • Strong understanding of agile development processes and product delivery cycles. • Familiarity in integrating with web services via published web services and AWS lambdas. • Experience leveraging JIRA for tracking all product activities, as well as integration with Salesforce. • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities. • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
