📋 Description
• Support over 400 Salesforce users across Sales, Service, and Marketing. • Gather and define user stories, translate business requirements into functional configurations. • Deliver on key strategic initiatives within the Salesforce platform. • Optimize business processes through Salesforce capabilities. • Conduct user requirement sessions and manage Salesforce administration tasks.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or other related technical degree with a minimum of four (4) years’ CRM platform and Salesforce.com experience; or combination of relevant education and experience. • Must be available for extended, varied work hours based on business need. • 4 years of successful Salesforce.com implementation, customization and administration. • Hands on experience configuration with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Account Engagement. • Salesforce Certified Administrator. • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator. • Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, Salesforce – Service Cloud Voice.
