Description

• Responsible for User Interface (UI) design systems for web-based applications. • Collaborates cross-functionally to determine design systems, interaction, font usage, and color palettes. • Generates ideas, prototypes, designs, and assets for exceptional UX/UI. • Provides designs for review to support business requests and projects. • Builds out graphic identity systems that fit within the Legrand brand & guidelines. • Designs exceptional UI components and patterns, full web sites, web pages, and emails. • Communicates needs for functionality of new web components to the technical team. • Shares industry knowledge and seeks new learning opportunities.

• Must have the passion & drive to learn the latest technologies and develop new skills. • Must be a highly motivated self-starter, able to work independently & within a team. • Experience & passion for working in a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. • Unwavering attention to detail with an acute awareness that everything counts. • Displays strong empathy for users, is customer-experience oriented, and seeks to receive & use feedback to improve design systems. • Must be an effective visual storyteller. • Has a strong understanding of marketing campaigns, with the ability to think to effectively driving a user to achieve campaign goals. • Must have exceptional organizational & project management skills, along with critical thinking & troubleshooting abilities. • Has demonstrated ability to develop and manage to a project plan, establish priorities, meet deadlines, and control multiple projects at various stages of work. • Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively across the organization. • Must be an effective listener, able to maintain focus, extract necessary information, and validate understanding of the information. • Must have experience in gathering quantitative and qualitative research, from customers and stakeholders, both internal and external.
