Description

• You’ll partner closely with the Head of Product, Design Lead, and VP of Engineering to go from roadmap idea to iterative product feature development. • You’ll design delightful user experiences across mobile and web that help our customers understand the power of data. • You’ll drive qualitative and quantitative research aimed at answering big questions for the business and reflecting customer needs and feedback in our roadmap. • You’ll translate insights into ideas and design decisions. • You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering to infuse good principles of design throughout our product. Representing design across our product development lifecycle, leading brainstorms, wireframing and prototyping sessions, design reviews, and other feedback loops. • You’ll cultivate a creative design process across the company that is built on strong cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• You have at least 3 years of in-house product design (UX and UI) experience. • You have experience with end-to-end designing and shipping informed by data (qualitative and quantitative) and customer insights. • You have experience in a startup environment, with a sense of ownership and urgency. • You have a keen sense of balance between long-term design goals and an agile, iterative approach. • You have a passion for generative and evaluative research. Skilled in synthesizing and sharing actionable insights. • You have strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating cross-functionally. • You are able to embrace ambiguous situations as opportunities to create clarity and meaning. • Bonus points if you’ve built technology for sellers or within a healthcare setting before!
