• Support implementation and deployment of patient accounting features • Provide patient accounting input into workflow optimization • Collaborate with team to design integrated clinical and revenue workflows • Support development of adoption presentations • Present and facilitate patient accounting discussions with customers • Support design and testing activities • Review and recommend updates to training content
Requirements
• BS degree and 7+ years of relevant experience or Masters with 2-6 years of experience • US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain ADP IT-II Public Trust Clearance • Deep Oracle Health (Cerner) patient accounting Application experience • Previous hospital patient accounting experience including CDM maintenance, Suspended Charges, Denials Management, and Edit Failure resolution • Expertise in workflow design • Expertise in facilitation of design and adoption sessions
