Description

• Responsible for SEC reporting/technical accounting, internal and external reporting, and special projects. • Manage the timely submission of SEC filings and lead a team for accurate documentation. • Review SEC reports and work with external auditors on compliance. • Draft technical accounting memos and research accounting matters. • Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley controls are performed and assist with testing/reporting. • Manage SEC reporting XBRL process.

Requirements

• Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience preferred, including public company experience. • Strong technical accounting background with knowledge of US GAAP, SOX 404, and SEC reporting standards. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as a team member. • Meticulous with superior attention to detail. • Expert knowledge in MS Office applications, especially Excel. • Experience or knowledge with XBRL. • Experience with Workiva. • Understanding of large ERP and accounting software.
