Description

• GRF CPAs & Advisors has been part of the Washington, DC metropolitan region since 1981. • The firm provides outsourced accounting, auditing, risk advisory and consulting, and tax services to an extensive client base, which consists of nonprofit organizations, government contractors, professional service firms and others. • This is a remote position.

Requirements

• Manage Sage Intacct software implementation projects by providing proactive client consulting, project planning, leadership and ensuring a high quality of service delivery and satisfied clients. • Document processes, timelines and deliverables leveraging appropriate tools and resources. • Conduct in-depth client business process reviews meetings and prepare solution designs to meet complex system requirements. • As the subject matter expert on the solution, provide guidance and direction to both internal implementation team and client implementation team. • Develop financial and operational reports for clients. • Conduct end-user training for both clients and internal team members. • Import and assist clients in validating historical data from legacy systems. • Provide high-quality, timely customer service and support. • Assist in developing and nurturing internal community of expertise and knowledge base in Sage Intacct solutions. • Assist with continuous improvement efforts for internal processes and documentation. • Identify and recommend new strategic initiatives.
