Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field • 15+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 13+ years of prior relevant experience • Strong software industry experience with understanding of market segments preferably in AVSEC and Ports & Borders • Multi-language capabilities in addition to English desirable • Strong desire to grow the business • Proven negotiation and leadership skills • Superb writing and presentation skills • Creative leadership and entrepreneurial spirit are critical success factors
