Description
• Perform maintenance and support military operators of the system at multiple OCONUS locations. • Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements. • Troubleshoots technical problems and issues. • Provide technical support of the system in the field, including installation and maintenance. • Conduct training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of related experience or Master’s Degree and 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Active DoD SECRET security clearance or ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance. • Must be able to pass a pre-deployment physical.
