Description

• Responsible for development and execution of ION Large Practice Program (LPP) • Assist with implementation and marketing efforts for LPP • Provide analytics and support to field team on LPP matters • Create and maintain LPP tracking tools for sales pull through • Train Relationship Managers on LPP customer relations tools • Oversee the implementation of service opportunities related to LPP • Track and execute LPP service contract deliverables • Develop specific marketing content for LPP meetings • Manage additional LPP marketing and communication content • Support Director in preparation and management of LPP events • Manage internal communication regarding the LPP • Perform related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree program or equivalent experience and education • Minimum of four (4) years of operations and customer relations experience • Experience creating, implementing, and managing processes to meet goals • Experience in executing marketing and communication plans • Strong knowledge of business communication and customer relationships • Innovative and strong leadership skills • Excellent communication and time-management skills • Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
