Description

• Seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Coordinator • Support Operations & Strategy Lead in scaling operations and executing strategic initiatives • Assist in strategic planning, financial management, operational oversight, team development, and stakeholder engagement • Involved in administrative support, project management, process improvement, and cross-departmental coordination

Requirements

• Bachelors in technology, business, operations, or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations related roles or Masters with 1-3 years of relevant experience in scientific, chemical or physics disciplines • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and strong sense of personal responsibility/ownership • Analytically minded with a skill to connect seemingly unrelated information and ideas, and different technical specialties from various technical stakeholders • Proficient in financial management, project tracking software, and the ability to interpret financial data. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 products or equivalent (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced startup environment • Enjoys problem solving and execution • Familiarity with programming languages is a big plus • PMP and/or CSM is nice to have but not required
