Description

• OpenX is focused on unleashing the full economic potential of digital media companies. • Make digital advertising markets and technologies to deliver optimal value to publishers and advertisers on every ad served. • Responsible for operational tasks and data analyses for Brands, Buyers, Agencies, and Consultancies. • Interact with the pre and post-sale process of a premium programmatic transaction. • Build premium inventory & data segments, create audience packages, and manage deals. • Support OpenX’s thriving PMP deals business in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Execute operational initiatives to exceed performance objectives for clients and teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of working experience • At least 2+ years hands on DSP experience • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines • Strong can-do attitude – ability to be a self-starter and proactive • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and creative problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment • Strategic mindset with the ability to look for opportunities for improvements and to sustain rapid changes • Strong storytelling skills: ability to convey ideas in an appealing way to a multitude of stakeholders • Advanced MS Excel skills : ability to draw insights from large datasets, use of pivot tables, formulas, etc. • Ability to thrive in a small, intense, and high growth environment (“start-up”) – and to work with teams located throughout Europe • Specialized skillset/experience in marTech/AdTech with the ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies • Experience in one of more of the following Salesforce , Sigview, Tabbleau, Monday • Demonstrable understanding of data regulatory measures and their impact on campaigns • Experience prioritizing multiple, parallel projects to deadline in a cross-functional team environment successfully
