• Supporting day-to-day operations of IT Software purchasing for the corporation. • Achieving day-to-day objectives with major impacts on IT Purchasing Team success. • Assisting with supplier communications, procurement reviews, and negotiations of terms and conditions. • Responsible for day-to-day supporting of team members and work assignments for the IT Purchasing function. • Providing feedback in support of supplier relationship management; regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Requirements

• Typically requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 8+ years or prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience. • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations. • Must have experience with all contract types and a working knowledge of FAR/DFAR • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Knowledge in government contracts, municipal, and commercial contracts preferred. • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. • Must have the interpersonal skills to work effectively with others within the team and collaborate cross-functionally. • CostPoint experience preferred. • Experience negotiating terms and conditions or license agreements preferred. • Knowledge of IT products
