Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering • 10+ years of relevant experience in electric utility transmission systems design with a Bachelor’s, or 8+ years with a Master's degree • Expertise in PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE • Effective teamwork and independent work skills • Outstanding communication for client interaction • Business acumen with key project performance metrics understanding • Ability and passion to develop staff through mentoring
