📋 Description

• Lead a team of employees. • Responsible for creating staffing plans to ensure efficient use of resources. • Perform management duties to include: provide guidance to team on technical solutions. • Must be able to clearly articulate technical dialog with a variety of audiences. • Create and lead teams from within NEST and other contracts. • Work with security leadership to enhance security posture. • Create and maintain system documentation, test plans, work instructions, and knowledge articles. • Delivering, supporting, and enhancing technologies from Microsoft 365. • Supporting Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022. • Complete tasks related to change implementation, incident resolution, and project delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen to apply • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust or currently possess a security clearance to be considered. • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams - both small and large - to design and deliver solutions to address IT service issues. • Outstanding communication skills - written and oral. • Outstanding negotiation skills. • Operational knowledge of Cloud computing and migration strategies to leverage Cloud services • Bachelors’ Degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience or Masters’ Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proven experience working in a geographically dispersed government environment. • Demonstrated outstanding analytical and technical skills. • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a telework environment. • Experience in project management • Experience with process improvement methodologies • Ability to multitask in extremely fast paced environment • Demonstrated ability to lead an ITIL-process based team using an ITSM system. ServiceNow is preferred. • ITIL Foundation certification required
