• The Digital Modernization Sector has a career opportunity for a Project Coordinator supporting the Global Solutions Management – Operations II (GSM-O II) contract at DISA. • Responsible for working within a fast paced, Agile project teams to deliver high quality products efficiently and effectively. • Primary Responsibilities include assisting with project planning and implementation, organizing meetings, and supporting process improvements. • Provide customer support during meetings and coordinate project resources, schedules, and deliverables across teams. • Support financial management to keep projects within budget and develop metrics for staffing needs.

Requirements

• Requires a US Citizenship • Must hold an active DoD Secret clearance • Bachelor’s Degree with 8 – 12 years of relevant experience or master’s with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience. • Additional years of work experience in lieu of degree is acceptable • Self-Starter who is detail oriented, extremely organized, and with multitasking abilities • Strong attention to detail, as focus on task completion is critical. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering quality results. • Experienced listener with the ability to understand technical interactions and collaborate across multiple teams. • Comfortable interacting with customers and stakeholders • Proficient in project management software
