Description
• Support Government client in managing multi-functional teams. • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution. • Manage complex technical solutions demanded by the client. • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget. • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving stakeholders. • Ensure resource availability and allocation. • Use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. • Report and escalate to management as needed. • Perform risk management to minimize project risks. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
• Experience in delivering Software projects specifically. • Demonstrate experience in Project Management. • Experience in SAFe Agile and Waterfall models of delivery cycles. • Good interpersonal skills and judgement for dealing with both internal and external stakeholders. • Ability to engage and work within a multi-functional programme team. • Sound understanding of business, finance and personnel management techniques. • Ability to communicate, negotiate and influence effectively. • Enthusiastic self-starter with good verbal communication. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. • A technical background in software development/test activities.
