Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 or more years of UX design experience • Experience designing complex user flows preferred • Solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD) and research • Ability to iterate designs efficiently • Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma • Ability to work with stakeholders • Extensive experience in UX design best practices • Strong communication skills • Team collaboration capability • Passion for resolving user pain points through design • Must have a portfolio showcasing research and solutions
